TO RE-WILD (2016)

After working for years in my grandmother’s hardware store in south Texas, the use of building materials like fencing and concrete became substrate for sculptures. Unlike the unnatural divisions usually caused by such fencing material, however, these cowboy sculptures were large enough to cross fences.

Cement, rebar, chicken wire, muslin, plywood, & latex paint.
